If you want to run the cygwin version of dvii, you
need the file cygwin1.dll which you can download
now:
cygwin1.dll (940K) (here is the source
code for cygwin1.dll:
cygwin-1.3.17-1-src.tar.bz2).
Place the file cygwin1.dll anywhere in your (search) PATH.
